General Terms
Everyone Hotel is located at #7846 Makati Ave., Brgy. Poblacion, Makati City, Philippines. Our services are intended for guests aged 18 and above. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Reservations & Payments
Guests can book a room through our website, via email, or by phone. Payment methods include cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a booking. Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours before check-in to avoid a cancellation fee (30% of the room rate reserved).
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.
Hotel Policies
No-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available outside. No-Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed within hotel premises. Guest Conduct: Guests must respect other guests and hotel staff. Any misconduct, damage to property, or violation of hotel rules may result in eviction without a refund. Lost & Found: Guests must take care of their belongings. Everyone Hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind items.
Amenities & Services
Wi-Fi: Complimentary internet is available in rooms and public areas. Laundry Services: On-site laundry services are available for guests. Room Service: We do not offer room service, but various dining options are nearby.
Liability & Disclaimers
Everyone Hotel is not responsible for disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website performance. By using our website and services, guests agree to indemnify Everyone Hotel against any claims, damages, or losses incurred during their stay.
